I think that there cannot be a general rule. If, for some reason, you are supposed to earn a lot of money, it will be. For example, it could happen to understand that money do not give us complete realization. Or on the contrary, the person is so detached that money come to give a confortable life and allow the person to dedicate higher achievements. :)
Very true! When we plan, the money may come through the door, but it invariably flies out of the window. Nevertheless when both the doors are windows are just open to welcome nothingness, you discover your floors flooding with money. Rabi
